FAQ’s Q: Is there a rental fee? Yes there is a daily rental fee of $2,000 for Friday, Saturday or Sunday and a daily rental fee of $1,000 for Monday thru Thursday. Inquire for multi day discounts.
Q: Is there a deposit fee? A: Yes there is a $500 security deposit.
Q: How many people can you accommodate? We can accommodate up to 112 total guests. There are 13 barstools in front of the bar and 82 chairs in the dining areas and 3 baby chairs. You can rearrange the seating to meet your needs. See amenities link for inventory of chairs and tables.
Q: Is there a food minimum? A: No there is no food minimum or food requirement that is the advantage of using this venue.
Q: Is there a Beverage minimum. A: No there is no Beverage minimum or beverage requirement. That is an advantage of using this venue. We have the capacity to deliver 7-UP, RC Cola, Diet RC Cola, Rootbeer, Tonic water, Collins mix, Ginger Ale, and Cranberry to the two soda guns in the bar area. Charges will vary depending upon size of the party.
Q: Can we sell alcohol? You will need to bring in a licensed Bartender see related links for one or obtain an event permit from alcohol beverage control if you are selling alcohol.
Q: Are we required to use a caterer. A: There is no requirement to use a caterer. That is an advantage of using this venue.
Q: Can we bring our own caterer? A: Yes you are not locked into an in house caterer. We have a list of approved caterers and are open to caterers not on our list. They would have to name the Sausalito Yacht Harbor as an additional insured on there insurance policies for the event. Q: Is there a cleaning fee? A: You have the option of arranging with the caterer for cleaning or you can pay a $300 cleaning fee.
